Follow specification guidelines, blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine materials to be installed.

The primary role of this position is to set wall components and roofs/ceilings onto the modular units using hoists, insulate walls and ceilings with fiberglass battens, frame walls and drop ceilings using steel studs. Install sheetrock panels onto walls. The right candidate will be eager to learn, be well organized, detail-oriented, and focused on the success of the team/company as a whole.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read a tape measure to a 1/16”
Frame components from wood or light gauge steel structural members to specifications provided
Set walls onto units and secure using power and pneumatic tooling
Insulate perimeter of ceilings and set ceiling onto walls
Insulate standing walls with fiberglass per specifications
Install gypsum/drywall panels to wall surfaces
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management or Supervision

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices provided by Autovol to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools.
Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
Perform any other duty as assigned by Management or Supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems
Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications

Achieve a Level 4 finish with minimal number of coats.

The primary role of this position is to help electricians by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. The right candidate will be eager to learn, be well organized, detail-oriented, and focused on the success of the team/company as a whole.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
Trace out short circuits in wiring, using test meter.
Strip insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers, and attach wires to terminals for subsequent soldering.
Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools.
Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings, using hand and power tools.
Construct controllers and panels, using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws, and punches.
Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems

The primary role of this position is to install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures into modular buildings and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and specifications. The right candidate will be eager to learn, be well organized, detail-oriented, and focused on the success of the team/company as a whole.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices provided by Autovol to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools.
Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
Perform any other duty as assigned by Management or Supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems
Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications
Experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment
Maintain current electrician’s license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
Desire to innovate and create with a willingness to stretch the limits of what’s been done before.
Willingness to implement processes, instructions, and strategies to improve our performance as a team.
Proven ability to problem-solve.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in residential or commercial electric systems.
Journeyman status required.

The primary role of this position is to oversee the Quality Assurance process at the modular factory. This will be accomplished in conformance with quality standards using ethical work practices, observing all applicable government laws and regulations, building codes, and company policies. The Quality Assurance Manager has the authority to prevent any floor from being moved to the next production station. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a working knowledge of the Modular Construction package
Ensure that all applicable state and local building codes are adhered to in the construction process
Continually broaden his or her knowledge of the IRC/IBC with state revisions, NEC, ARMA, MHSCS (3280)
Ensure that all manufacturer’s installation instructions are adhered to and maintain current file of all manufacturers’ instructions and warranties
Overseeing the quality inspection process through constant monitoring, the QA Manager shall ensure to the best of his/her knowledge that every building is free of defects in regards to all applicable codes and standards
Oversee the quality inspection process through constant monitoring, the QA Manager shall continually assess the performance of the Quality Assurance process in place while evaluating the performance of those individuals with responsibilities within the Quality Assurance process
Establishes, monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for project teams to ensure continuous improvement. Analyzes project KPIs, evaluates trends and provides improvement strategies
QA Manager will be the liaison with the third party IPIA and with state inspection agencies
The QA Manager shall routinely monitor construction materials to ensure they meet all applicable codes and standards, i.e. moisture content of lumber
Develop and distribute the QA traveler including a “HOT” list (2 violations in 10 inspections) to each floor entering production
Compile all reports required by individual states
Assist in developing Job Process Requirements (JPR) and administering Training Acknowledgments that heighten awareness of requirements and build a culture of self-inspection
The QA Manager shall, by means of any reports on metrics, and communication with the Quality Department, institute corrective action
Work with the necessary teams/individuals to identify systemic defects, find their root causes and initiate systems to prevent their recurrence
Keep CEO and peers informed, seek their advice, involvement and approval when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by Autovol management

QUALIFICATIONS:
You must be able to walk, climb, lift loads of at least 30 lbs. and perform such other physical duties as may be necessary to carry out the job functions described above
You must be able to communicate honestly, effectively and clearly with customers, peers, and supervisors verbally and in writing
Unwavering commitment to conform to the requirements. Ability to hold others accountable in a manner that produces maximum conformity and minimal strife. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
Have very good interpersonal skills and a high tolerance for stress. Should be able to resolve conflicts in a fair, reasonable and professional manner
Demonstrated high level organizational, construction inspection, and record keeping skills 
Monitor and inspect construction activities and advise on quality control and quality assurance issues, such as non-compliance with standards, or potential problems

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in modular housing
Minimum of 5 years of professional quality control / quality assurance experience in the construction sector
Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent related field experience with International Code Counsel, NICET, etc.
Candidates with additional experience and/or education other than those listed above may be considered
Strong knowledge of State and local municipalities building codes expected. CA / ID preferred.
