ANNUAL PRODUCTION GROWTH

Over the past year, our momentum has grown as we exceeded our own previous yearly production achievements. Here are our annual modules produced:

Year    Modules

2020    109

2021    522

2022    761

2023    861

2024    944

PROFITABILITY

Autovol achieved profitability in 2021 and has remained profitable since that time. These numbers are convincing proof-of-concept that automated modular construction can produce repeatable success. Based on this success, our co-founders are sharing what they’ve learned with future factory owners in other regions of the US and beyond. That’s good news for those rooting for higher production of much-needed housing.

THANKS!

Our success so far is not just a testament to the dedication of Autovol’s Solutioneers. It’s a result of exceptional municipalities, developer customers, banks, architects, onsite general contractors, engineering and preconstruction providers, materials suppliers, technology integrators, inspectors, crane set teams, transportation companies—and many other collaborators who have all leaned into this pioneering effort.

Thanks to all who have made our growing history a success story!
