Above: Autovol Production Manager, Trevor Fletcher, and Chief Culture Officer, Merrick Macomber took home our third consecutive national Top Workplace award in April at the USA TODAY Top Workplaces convention in Nashville, TN. We are now a six-time Idaho Top Workplace and a 3-time USA Today national Top Workplace.
Autovol has been named an Idaho Top workplace for the sixth consecutive year. We were ranked #2 in the 150 to 499 employee category. Autovol has also leveled up with recognition as a USA TODAY Top Workplace for three consecutive years. The latest Idaho Top Workplace news was announced in the Saturday editions of The Idaho Press and its other publications.
Each company named a Top Workplace is selected based on an anonymous and voluntary survey of its people. That means our Solutioneers were the sole source of the input that determined our selection as a Top Workplace. The survey covers a wide range of workplace satisfaction measures, and is conducted by Engergage, an independent research firm with expertise in measuring job satisfaction. Participation in Top Workplaces is free, which prevents any “pay for play” element and ensures merit-driven company recognition. Besides being named an Idaho Top Workplace six consecutive years, Autovol has been twice ranked number 1 and twice ranked number 2 among top workplaces in its business-size category.
Early this year, Autovol attended the USA TODAY Top Workplaces convention in Nashville, Tennessee, where we received a national Top Workplace award, and met with other national Top Workplaces to learn more about each winner’s secret sauce for motivating and satisfying its people. National Top Workplace awards are given based on comparing the scores of state-level Top Workplaces.
